  • Definition of rules of organisation and handling company sale and marketing processes.
  • Consulting and preparation of sales and marketing plans within the exisiting sales network.
  • Consulting and preparation of business processes optimalisation procedures within company sale and marketing departments.
  • Preparation of so called sales architecture for the years of the prepared sale and marketing strategy including the following issues:
    • sale and product management,
    • marketing management: price, promotion and distribution strategies; product - function, assortment structure, product life cycle, creation of new needs and utilities, marketing promotion and communication including detailed sales calendar guidlines,
    • customer relationship management, loyalty and sales promotion programmes, etc.,
    • controlling and internal audit of undertaken activities.
  • Preparation of all required templates of documents, controlling and measuring forms, etc.
